Do not come here. They will claim "Out of Network" to charge you cash. Look for doctors that your insurance actually covers. Then, if you try to contact the Billing Department they never put you with the Billing Department person, but a Defacto Claiming to know more than such person.
This clinic along with the doctor is a joke. The doctor and the staff take advantage of these Medicare/Medicaid and low income patients. The staff is beyond rude. My mother was diagnosed with COVID as obviously needs medication. She had her consultation over the phone on 9/1. It is 9/3 and she is still having problems with both the doctor and the staff. The staff states they faxed over the change that was required (due to my mom having heart issues) but I have called the pharmacy twice and they stated they have nothing, not ... read more
