maybe im too picky, but i feel like when i step into a salon, i am not only paying for the skill of the stylist, but also service. when mrs. ellen does my hair, i often wait at least 30 minutes to get seen, when she is styling my hair, she seems to constantly ignore me. i wouldnt mind if i left looking awesome, but thats not the case, she does an OK job, but the only reason i have ever gone back (which i dont plan on ever doing anymore) is because i trust her not to completely wreck my hair like ive had other stylists do. we... read more
The Owner Ms. Ellen truly takes great care with each client, she does not over book nor does she ignore a crises for her clients if one should arise, such as a special evening with that special someone. Or a night out on the town with the Ladies. La Facials definately represents Quality and Expert Service.
