I've always had great service there and was told when my insurance would pay or not. The only problem I had was once my child broke both pairs of his glasses provided by Medicaid and I went to look for glasses online that were more durable. I called them and asked for his medical record and information and they wanted to charge me $60 for his records. I didn't have the money and I looked it up online and it said I should NEVER be charged for my child's or my own medical records. I turned them in to the BBB to try and solve t... read more
Went in for an eye exam and possibly eyeglasses. I refused to buy my glasses there once quoted and additional $250 for progressive lenses. I was left back out in the lobby. I was taken back again for further eye examination. I was NOT asked to run any additional tests. Upon leaving I was charged $65 instead of my copay of $10. When asked why I was told that they were considered a specialist. BIG RIP OFF!!!!.
