I've been living here a month and haven't had a problem yet. Office people are very nice. I only called maintenance once for adjustments and they came right away. When I first saw the reviews before moving I told my self, every apartment has their situation and every one has different opinions so I didn't listen to the reviews. And I was right... I have no problems.

We have been out of water for 4 days straight. They turn on the water for an hour and then turn it off again, they fail to let the tenants know till we call the office. We don't have running water. When we speak to management they give you the run around using home owners insurance due to them shutting down the water for th whole apartment complex.

Worst decision I ever made...poor management, maintenance is garbage..roach infestment...dish washer leaks bad smelling water...have cracks n my tub, complaint 4 times already n still not properly fixed, have black stuff coming from ac vents, had water pockets in roof..promised a gym and 2 years later still none..my advice don't move here..they don't care about their residents!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The boss is super demanding on you paying on time but they will take a month to fix your bathroom. I'm good. The workers are stupid. They promise you a gym that has been going to open for like 2 years already. #Falseadvertisement
