Management doesn't fix anything. Apartments with roaches and rats. The pool is always green and I feel bad for the fishes in the pond. Can't take kids to play at the park its a crap land. Maintenance will cut corners every chance they get.
This place is a joke! All they care about is towing cars to make extra money. They don't put a dime into this place they just treat it like a cash cow. Besides the usual bs, like the rampant crime and roaches, there are a plethora of other problems. MULTIPLE MANAGERS CAUGHT STEALING! Would put people into apartments unofficially to collect rent. Moldy moldy moldy! They literally just spray paint over mold. I could go on and on. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Almost anywhere would be better than here
Everything started off bad. We move into a apartment that had drug paraphernalia left in it, they kindly move us to another apartment. When we caught someone stealing our electricity day 1 they say, "dont worry they are being evicted." I had to pay that bill. Then we find spiders in one of the rooms and they ask if we are sure, and advise us they cant send anyone for a week. This is rediculous. To top it off they didnt report my rent as on time i had to show my stubbs for them to correct their mistake. The staff is Rude alto... read more
I just moved in me and my son and the apartments are nice and quiet... although at the beginning the staff were rude they have new managers who have been very helpful....
Very good, nice staff, timely maintnence and beautiful pools.
