My husband and I went today with our son and the service was terrible. The waitress seemed really quick to take our order and never checked back with us after we got our food. The cheese that they used on my enchiladas was gross. I only got my one drink and was never given another. The French fries that they show on the pictures are not the same ones that they serve at the restaurant. My husbands burger looked nothing even remotely close to the pictures either. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
Went twice and this place reeks of gasoline both times.

My first unfavorable experience there today. Had caldo de res which was less than average to say the least. The worst part of the experience was the service or lack thereof. The waitress was very inattentive and spent the majority of her time on her cell phone and did not come by even once for a follow up after bringing my food to the table. I've been there many times and have had great food and service. Providing good customer service is crucial especially in the food industry.

Sitting here right now. The baked potato is topped with looks like a scoop of butter. Didnt even put it back to the oven just so its melted and not like you are licking a butter just came out from the fridge. I asked for regular coke and brought me a cherry coke. I asked for flour tortilla and gave me corn. Will not come back. I won't recommend this place :( and yeah napkins and straws you have to ask...
