✨ The Pollo Asado absolutely blew me away. I have never had a dish with so many elements, each cooked to absolute perfection. The grilled chicken was juicy and smoky, the rice fluffy, the plantains perfectly caramelized, and the black beans were rich, silky, and seasoned just right. Every bite felt intentional and balanced. It honestly transported me to a culinary gem somewhere in Curaçao or the Bahamas—vibrant, soulful, and unforgettable.
This is a very small place. However it is great for an intimate meal or grab and go desserts, cookies and coffee.
