Worst Mani Pedi Worst Mani/Pedi EVER. Don't waste your time or money. I wend because of a groupon deal. I would not step back in there, even if the services were they were free! Customer service was poor. I tried to call back to provide feedback about my service. I spoke to the tech that worked on me, and she proceeded to make excuses. The biggest issue is that the tech that worked on me also did hair. She had hair color all over her fingers. Maybe they should let the staff specialize on what they are good at. Nice place in downtown I really like the place. I had a hair cut and they did a nice job. They did hand massages when they were washing my hair, offered water, coffee, etc. It is a fancy big old style house with a spa service and they have a high level of service to offer. I schedule an appointment for my daughter to have her hair done for her homecoming. I really recommended.
nice place I've been there once and loved the work they have done on nails. It was exactly what I've wanted. The service there was nice and plan to go back there again when I'm in the area. I would recommend this place to others.

I highly recommend this salon!! – I loved my first experience at La Dolce Vita...I have been looking for a salon in the Rochester area that did not feel like the other salons in this area!! The staff was friendly, accomodating, and knowledgeable!! I was greeted at the door with a warm smiling face, and instantly I was offered something to drink...the owner, Gina, is so nice! GREAT HAIRDRESSERS – I love this salon, my hairdresser Hillary is the best. What I don't like is the treatment from the front desk. I have been there twice now, and both times felt I was rushed through and treated like I was bothering them. Today I tried asking questions about skin care products...I was ready to buy- they were takuing phone calls during our attempted conversation. Very good salon – I liked this hair salon. The atmosfere is very nice, its is kind of fancy. Anyway the best of this place and I am sure what you are looking for it is that it has good professionals that are able to do a good work on your hair.. So, I recomend this place because has very good professionals and they do a good job. I have being trying severals salons around the area, and I did not get satisfy with the hair cut, or nails, usually you pay a lot for a poor service.
