LA Cyclery is a great repair shop. Paula knows her craft and charges very fair prices. And it's an easy bike ride from so many places around Silver Lake, Echo Park, HiFi, etc. Go there!
Having just bought my first bike, I came in to buy some accessories without much knowledge beforehand. The owners were really nice and helpful in explaining everything. The music in the shop was great too .
I came to Paula at LA Cyclery with no knowledge of bikes, and no understanding of what I needed or what I was looking for. Paula took time out of her busy day to talk to me, guide me to exactly what I wanted, and help me figure out how to use it when the time came! 12/10 highly recommend this bike shop if you're a novice, bike aficionado, or anything in between. Shop is straight goated. Super nice, honest, fast. Grateful I came here to tune my beater bike up. I even came in like an hour before they closed and got my bike back in 20 minutes. Unbelievable service and friendliness!!
