I called and scheduled an appointment for 12pm the following day. Showed up and the place was closed. I called once and it went to voice-mail and the second time I called..I got hung up on. Horrible customer service and terrible follow through. I can't speak to the haircut but if actions is a reflection of self, the person I talked to is surely lacking.
