Nice quit place at the edge of paradise valley neighborhood. Property manager is great. Walking trail next to it. Within walking distance you will find major grocery stores, movie theater, bowling alley and pool hall. A little bit of everything.
Decided to downsize and move from a 5000 square foot to a 1200 square foot..and this place has been ideal! 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a garage! The balcony over looks a walking trail with lots of pine trees and oak trees. I see a lot of families live here..but it’s super quiet still. No issues with neighbors or trespassers. Within walking distance to Nob Hill, TJ MAX, Ohenry’s Doughnuts..a Mexican restauran, Baskin Robins, Starbucks..and best of all…Super Taqueria! I love it here!
Loved living here back in the late 90's for 8 years. Roomy apartment with fireplace, w/d, nice balcony or patio and small garage. Used the pool and hot tub a lot and convenient grocery store, bank, restaurant & shops next door.
