I called to get a price on switching out my tires on my bike. The service dept guy pretty much cut me off and told me he wouldn't work on my bike. What a joke this place is!!!
I rode a lot when I was in my 20's but stopped when I decided to get married and have kids. Then three years ago (30 years later) my wife and I decided to get back into it. We bought a 2009 Ultra Classic and our sales person was Joe. Joe is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very low pressure. After tens years without a bike, it was time to change this. The entire staff was very helpful regardless if it was in clothing, finance, parts but especially Joe. He was patient and very helpful throughout the process. I ended up test driving 2 different bikes but ultimately decided on a third with his guidance. I rode out with the bike I have been wanting for some time--a night train. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in and not once did I feel pressured for a sale or time.
Jake and the service department helped me out with a trike kit under warranty. They had excellent communication as to the status of parts and worked with me to get the bike looked at and fixed from 100 miles away. Would go there again!
