We have been in the shop many times, and we were always very unhappy with their lack of good service. Yesterday was a very welcome relief Nick in sales was very friendly and welcoming, and Mary in motor clothes was fantastic. Well, selling a brand new rider a 2017 HD 1690 (which was visibly too big for a new female rider who stands maybe 5'4) at 7:00 at night, then she calls back at 10 am the next morning to say I DONT FEEL SAFE, THIS IS NOT THE BIKE FOR ME, and they do nothing.... All Harley-Davidsons are set up a certain way to be just alike however any Harley-Davidson store I pass I have to stop I was young young young young young and rode with my husband at the age of 13 years old so all you girls who think you have it bad riding on a Harley with a nice cushion seat try riding on a fender but there's nothing like a Harley and nothing like a Harley-Davidson store you buy clothes and earrings and boots and leathers and hats and and glasses and you just go on and on and on and Christmas you buy more s... read more
In 2014 they took care of my bike with shifter linkage problems - back on road in less than an hour Past Thursday took care of my wife's twilight trouble getting her bike Meagan to head for home Today my battery takes a poop and on a busy Saturday afternoon they diagnosed and fixed my battery problem and back on road in under an hour Wished they come down to Chicago and give customer service lessons to dealers there THANKS
