I am so upset! I have been coming to La Crawfish shack for 5 years! And have never had such a terrible experience. If you have been here you know the seasoning is supposed to be thick and it’s super visible on the outside. There is no seasoning on these at all!!! I called to be compensated and they want me to drive all the way from Baytown or “save the food” until I go back another time. Or they offered 10% off my next ticket. I spent $50 on these! I will never come back and will be finding a new crawfish place.
I just spent $65. on live crawfish and shrimp. I paid $9.99 for 4 lbs of the live and got a mix including the $7.99 frozen crawfish. I KNOW the difference. It's NYE and I'm having to take them back to the restaurant which is 45 min away. Why cheat a customer? Who's gonna compensate for my time and gas? Very disappointed. They should've just closed for the holiday.
RecommendedI’ve been coming here for 6 years and don’t ever go anywhere else. I drive all the way from Baytown because there is no better place! Crawfish and Snow Crab isn’t just seasoned on the shell it’s seasoned all the way through. I’m not a head sucker but I am here!!

While eating my crawfish I choked on a piece of Brillo pad wire, that sent me to the hospital. My husband called and spoke with the manager and he was so careless. I would never come back to this establishment again, and will never recommend this place; and to think I was a frequent customer because my job was down the street, smh on the business I’ve brought just off my coworkers. Never recommending!!!!
