Extremely disappointed with today's visit for crawfish at 99 Ranch. I can get over the price of $7.99/lb if the crawfish are done right but sadly, the crawfish were not good at all. The meat was dark, broke apart very easily, and the shell was soft. This is an indicator that either the crawfish were left to soak way too long or the crawfish are old.
