For my bday my kids paid for my hair to be done so my daughter called n asked for appointment and how much they said probably they said do u want 10:30 or 1 I heard cuz she was on speaker so I put my finger up to tell her 1 was better I get there and Cheryl says your a half hour late, then another customer came in and I don't think she knew I could hear her she said I screwed her up being late, which is very unprofessional and embarrassing to me .
