I have been living at La contessa for 3 years and I regret it. The maintenance is terrible. It takes weeks or even months to fix anything. It seems like management just don’t care about the tenants needs.
We are so thrilled to have such an awesome hired resident who helps with any problems here at La Contessa – Oscar Garza. We have spoken to him on a number of occasions and found him to be very informative and kind. We have felt safe after talking to him about how any off hour concerns are handled. The reason we took the time to post about him is that even though we have always really appreciated him, he recently went above and beyond for us. Ever since they switched to Greystar, we’ve had nothing but problems. Can’t wait to move out of here and find something better. Used to recommend it to friends, but not anymore. Truly disappointed because we used to love living here which is why we had decided to stay another year.
Great idea for having incentives. I like that it is so simple and easy to earn points. I can't be more thankful to my apartment management for this!
