This is our fourth stay at LaConcha. We love the facilities here the people are wonderful and the ocean is outstanding. You must get an oceanfront room so you can hear the waves crashing on the shore all night long . The Condado area has great restaurants but the beach is the real draw . Everyone at the resort has been friendly and helpful. They seem to really enjoy their jobs from the housekeepers to The Beach Boys, the doormen, bell hops and front desk. La concha is amazing- the people that work there make it a fun place to be! I just got back last week and missing it already! I'm planning my wedding here, my dad and I stumbled upon this place in July, so happy we did!!

Second time I visit it was so disappointed. Didn't get my room till 4 pm, I was there at 8am . I got harrased in the pool while been with a guest. The security was really rude to me by the looks it was because I was puertorican which is sad because we are in the island. I had left my key in the room and he came back like 3 times asking for in a period of 15mins. I told him I was trying to call the room.
