Very poor service from the staff. I checked in to my room which had no power no lights or anything. I went to the front desk to tell tell them. They said someone would be right up. They never came up. I called two more times. Each time I was put on a long hold and were told someone would be right up. I called back to say they needed to get me another room. The staff here is great. Always friendly and helpful. The view is amazing.
Currently here (March 2017) and can't recommend the hotel highly enough. Friendly attentive and helpful staff, beautiful beach, pools, bike hire, great gym overlooking the beach (fully equipped except rowing machines & foam rollers/stretch bands) with morning classes incl yoga. Get a king suite in the tower as it has a balcony (we're in partial ocean view which is lovely incl kitchen, spa bath, tv, iron, comfy bed etc). Fui de noche así q no tuve la oportunidad de ver y entrar a áreas ya cerradas pero el trato y de lo poco q pude ver quede prendada....
We stayed a few days and loved it the whole staff were friendly and helpful it was very clean. The beach view was awesome and very clean. I don't really like the beach but I was very impressed.
