I have been here about three or four times now and everybody is very nice and kind. Michelle is amazing and listens to your concerns and asks the appropriate questions. Very happy I have found this network.
I had a wonderful time at West Grove LCH. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with scheduling, making the entire process quick and easy. They take forever to answer if you select Spanish, which is nothing new. But today, my mom called and selected Spanish — no one answered. She hung up, called again, and selected English. Someone answered right away, so in Spanish, she asked to make an appointment. The girl who answered told her IN SPANISH to hang up and call again, but this time select Spanish because she had chosen English.
