Sadly disappointed. I’ve gone out of my way to visit this location and have always enjoyed supporting it. Unfortunately, today’s experience changed that. The employee in the black shirt and glasses who is often working mornings disregarded me when I attempted to place my order at the register, and it’s not the first time this has happened. Great drinks, service and atmosphere. No where for me to plug my laptop in to do work though.
lady with dark hair is super rude she’s never there i wish i was served by someone else that wasn’t condescending and rude
Not great cold brew, uncomfortable seatings
Very disappointing experience. One employee provided extremely poor service and showed a level of arrogance and lack of professionalism that clearly has no place in customer service. I hope this person reflects on their behavior, because with a little more humility and awareness, situations like this could easily be avoided.
