Horrible service, the so call doctor refused to listen to any of my concerns, and ignored me, after trying to tell her multiple times that my current medication( asthma medication) wasn't working and if there was something else we could try, she laughed at me and and said no.she Kept trying to give me the same medicine which wasn't helping.i paid to be seen, full price out of pocket, and for her to ignore me thats unacceptable. Been at the clinic since I was born as my mother trusted I trust them with my care. They make sure I understand everything before I leave.
The nurses and front desk were so nice and helpful, and felt genuinely knowledgeable and caring. That said, over the phone I was scheduled for the day of my phone call, but then when I showed up I was told the lady who booked my appointment accidently set it to the following day, so I had to leave and come back the next day. When I finally got seen by the doctor, she didn't expect me to be in the room, and was holding paperwork for the wrong patient.
