ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not go here unless you willingly would like to drive out to their new facility in the deep valley only to be told that your items were taken back to the La Cienega location. Took over an hour in traffic to now have to go back to the Valley. And instead of apologies or doing anything about it I was met with rude customer service and an “eh maybe next time don’t do EXACTLY what the women who took my items told me to do”. Tried the cleaners for the first time and they did a great job! My clothes were ready so fast and the front was so nice and welcoming. Thank you! Will definitely come back and highly recommend to my friends and family!
