Taking a bike to a bike shop feels sort of like taking a car to the mechanic — you’re at the mercy of the person working on your bike. I’m so grateful to have found an honest and reasonable place to take my kids’ bikes for repairs. My son’s tire popped and they were able to repair it for a very fair price. They could have said I needed to replace the whole tire and I would have believed them since I know nothing about bikes!
