Excellent color and cut by Katie!!! I found my new girl!!! So happy!!!
Had my hair done by Britley, asked her to do a balayage and she ended up dying my whole head a brassy blonde color. We called her the next day to tell her that what she had did really wasn't what I had asked for and I wanted it fixed. She lied to my mother and said that I was so impressed I was going to hand out business cards and the picture I was showing my mother was different from what I had showed her. None of this was true. I did try messaging you. I let your mom know you could contact me so we could discuss what you wanted done. I didn't state you were going to hand out cards. I do apologize that you aren't happy and wanted to work with you to make you happy. I did ask you about a toner to remove more of the warmth which you declined. Like I said if you'd like to discuss your hair I have messaged you to try and resolve the issue.
I've been going to Amanda for almost 2 years. She's an amazing stylist. She always discusses with me what I'd like to do, never pressures me into anything, and always does what's best for me and that I'm most comfortable with. I don't trust anyone else with my hair. The whole staff is really great and fun to be around. I'll always be a loyal customer.

A hair salon is just a hair salon until you add the employees and their talents. All of them seem so happy to be working there, which is nice to see because it is rare. Britley has been my stylist for the last few years and she never disappoints. She makes sure that my hair is done exactly how I like it and will let me bounce ideas off of her before we follow through with anything. I have and will continue to recommend friends/family to this establishment! 😊
I haven't loved any other hair salon as much as I do this one! Everyone there treats you like family. They all do a fantastic job and will be as honest and truthful about anything and everything. They don't cut corners and the prices are great! I've been going to Britley for many years and I've watched what the other girls can do and accomplish. It's wonderful! I would highly recommend La Chic to anyone. I wouldn't let any place else do my hair/nails! Love these ladies�
Went in for a haircut and beard trim and was very happy when I left. They were very nice, upbeat, and did a great job on both my beard and hair. Will definitely go back.
Love this salon! Britley has been doing my hair for a couple years now. I know when I am going to get my hair done that there is going to be great conversation while I am there. But most importantly when I leave my hair always looks awesome! Thanks ladies!
Went in to get a new gel color since my old one was coming off, and while the lady who assisted me was very nice, she was lazy and sloppy where doing my nails was concerned. Not only do my nails now look and feel awful, but they were extremely overpriced for a new gel color. I will not be returning to this establishment.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy. In accordance with our gel polish manicure we soak off the previous polish. When that was done it was noticed by our professional that there was a gel overlay, which we don't work with. Which was stated at the time the appointment was made. We don't work with electronic files to remove just polish from overlay because we don't work with overlay. The service was not just a polish change, but a full gel manicure.
