I was there for almost two hours waiting and they didn’t wanna do my nails. They let so many people go in front of me and when I got up to ask how much longer I was told it would be another hour so I left. Before I even bothered leaving the house I called and asked and they said that they were not busy and they could get me in right away so I had my sister drop me off. I was being as patient as I possibly could and they didn’t even bother to help me. Worst birthday EVER! And worst nail salon ever!!!!
Dropped my little sister off to get her nails done for her birthday around 4:00 today. Ran right next door to publix to pick up some groceries and returned around 5:00 only to find her still waiting to be helped. She explained to me SEVERAL people had walked in after her and all of them had been taken back immediately to be serviced. I’m assuming they didn’t want to waste their time on a 15 year old girl who they think probably isn’t going to tip.
