Came in here to get my toes done because my big toe was broken off. I believe thats one of the managers in there not sure but she already had an attitude because HOW I WANT MY TOES AND THAT IM PAYING FOR!!!! Beautiful nails but they pop off after a week. Why should I pay so much for press on nails??? Prices went up too and one lady had an attitude.

Terrible experience. I specifically asked not to cut my toenail and was told it could be fixed without cutting. Instead, the tech cut it crookedly on purpose, then told me I’d now have to pay for extra services (powder, tip, acrylic) I clearly said I didn’t want. When I spoke up, she got upset, refused to finish, and walked away. Completely unprofessional and felt like a setup to charge for more.
