Best Mexican restaurant by far. 100% authentic? Not necessarily. Cheapest prices? Probably not. But best margaritas? Yes. Best Tacos al Carbon? Yes. I always order the frozen peach margarita, and last night I made the mistake of trying to drink a monster size (45 oz). I strongly discourage anyone from trying to do this in under 30 minutes. But anyway, it was all delicious and it’s my favorite place to get Mexican cuisine on this side of the river! �

I'm not sure what has happened but something is different here. We used to LOVE this place, however, our visit this afternoon was sub-par. My beef quesadilla was ONLY ground beef and a tortilla...no cheese and not really toasted. The chips are different as well. They are a thick yellow corn type chip without the flavor of the older chips. The salsa was as we remembered, delicious. We may give it another shot, as it's the closet authentic restaurant to us.
