Extremely disappointing management. There were red flags from day one, but we trusted what we were told. We left 11000 N Kenwood Ave very clean and in better condition than when we moved in, yet we were charged for issues that were already there before our tenancy. Everything was documented and communicated by email. Unfortunately, documenting everything didn’t help. Horrible experience with La Casa Global! Lived in a unit for 3 years and had to call or text multiple times to ever hear back from them (even after getting robbed in the building due to lack of proper door locks) There was no email address or emergency phone number to contact. I would leave voicemails for Tanya and she usually never responded or would send a text weeks later. Scam, I have left messages and did a maintence request march 28, then again today april 29 and still no response all the phones numbers say the same thing tonya anbro voicemail.
