Lived there almost three years and it had been some very stressful years. I myself tried really hard to take good care of the home. As soon as I moved in, I removed all the rusted kitchen hinges and handles on the cabinets and replaced them. I repaired one of their cracked walls and painted the remaining of the home white because there was so many stains on the walls.
