My husband Gary and I have been dining at LA Casa Fiesta for about 5 years and we always are greeted warmly by the entire staff. The food has always been exceptional and they have even customized orders for us. The margaritas are great! We have also met so many great people and feel like we are family. We do not mind driving from the Springs because it is the best!!

Horrible horrible service. My boyfriend ordered fajitas amd didn't like them at all so he gave his meal back and shared my chimichanga. We got charged for the fajitas even though he didn't eat any of them. Our drinks were empty for at least ten minutes!!! Absolutely horrible. And the manager wouldn't even come talk to us made our poor waiter do all the communicating about not taking the fajitas off of our bill!!!!
Love the service, ( fun servers and quick service) the food consistently great) and atmosphere!!! ( especially the patio in the summer) Great Happy hour too!!!!!

My favorite in Colorado! Sean and crew have nailed all of the New Mexico favorites, that usually get bastardized in Colorado. The rellenos are great and you can get blue corn with any of the enchilada dishes. Only 1 complaint...the chips are not freshly made, and too commercial for such a quality restaurant.

Being ignored after being seated is not a good business practice. It took 40 mins just for them to take our drink order. The atmosphere was absolutely stellar, but the food was just ok at best. I've definitely had better. The prices were ridiculously high. They charge like it was the best in the universe. Prices vs. quality of food, and the service? No I wouldn't eat there again. Not a chance!
Best Mexican food for 20 miles in any direction! Got to try the Carne Asada ! And their Hornitos Marguerita
