The clinic is fine, but I would recommend taking your child to any other doctor than Dr. Thom at this clinic. I’m sure he’s fine if nothing is truly wrong, and they just need a checkup or a shot. But he continued to dismiss my concerns regarding my newborn having projectile vomit and reflux issues. I decided to change pediatricians and found someone who would listen to my concerns instead of shrugging them off and saying over and over that he’s fine. la casa is great with all 3 of my children I recommend them to everyone I love la casa and I will never change been there 5 years...
By getting back to a patient that calls 25 times on Thursday and 21 times on Friday and never reaching his Dr.s team.
Really dire. Had the misfortune to go there whilst on holiday. Disorganised to say the least !

very friendly nurses and doctors and the receptionist are all very friendly
Very disappointed. A friend of mine was trying to see her Dr. who she had an appointment with, and the receptionist kept denying her access due to her Service Dog in Training. Under NM state statute 28-11-3, Service Animals in Training have the same rights as a full fledged Service Animal. The receptionist even tried saying that her Service Dog wasnt legit cause it wouldnt pick up medications. This lady is even trying to contact my friend's Dr, who wrote the letter stating she needs a Service Dog, cause it wasnt notarized.
