Listen to this BS. Ordered waitr from La casa in Houma. Order was delivered. I ordered a large bag of chips and a small salsa. The order came without the salsa. Got in contact through waiter with the manager Tracy to get a refund. I was told the order of large chips and small salsa for 4.75 only covers the chips. The salsa is complimentary. But I didn't get it. And it's on the menu. And they can't refund me because I did get the chips. The service, atmosphere, food, & prices all were terrible. Our waitress was talking about her personal life loudly to a table next to us for most of the time we were there. The atmosphere is not welcoming and made me and my company feel very uncomfortable. The waitstaff was extremely unprofessional, standing around, laughing, and not attending tables for most of our meal. The decor was unappealing to say the least.
