Listen to this BS. Ordered waitr from La casa in Houma. Order was delivered. I ordered a large bag of chips and a small salsa. The order came without the salsa. Got in contact through waiter with the manager Tracy to get a refund. I was told the order of large chips and small salsa for 4.75 only covers the chips. The salsa is complimentary. But I didn't get it. And it's on the menu. And they can't refund me because I did get the chips.
