RecommendedThis has been my “Geaux To” for years. Today for the first time I didn’t enjoy my experience. I expressed concerns to the manager and he “debated” on whether or not my concerns were valid. I explained to him that it was a teachable moment. He explained to me that someone will always have a problem. I suppose the problem is that I only represent myself and my concerns. It’s unfortunate that the need to be right trumped the customer’s right satisfactory service. We still tipped our server. I miss the old La Caretta ....
