This place is a scam. You don't get what you pay for.
Terrible service at the call center, they ask you to wait and then leave for 30-40 minutes and don't return to the phone call! They don't help to link a clinic/doctor and change them. Also they don't send insurance cards with a tariff plan on time. Delete accounts on the site without the consent and notification of the user.
They don't follow DMHC rules. No response after grievance is filed.
The DMV must have had layoffs and they all got jobs as customer service reps at LA Care. I'm talking about doornail dumb. They are scripted and will run you in circles. This must be a DEI company. They are unable to walk thru the charges on my hospital bill. I guess I'll have to go to court to get them to discuss the billing breakdown. Almost a year later. I called about a procedure code.
