Very disrespectful
I love a great service and LA Care provides the best care and quality for healthcare recipients.
I'm a provider and needed to reset my authentication phone number and I was on hold for 3 1/2 hours and still no one answered the phone.
I am very sorry to share my bad experience. I was helping my mother because she hadn't received her new ID card since her primary doctor and her home address had changed. I spoke with one of your call representatives over the phone and asked her to assist me in obtaining a new ID for my mother, as her member number has changed. She said we don't need your interpretation; we have our professional interpreter.
