the worst health plan My son is disabled , 3 months waiting for the insurance to pay for son hearing aid , calling several times waiting for almost 2 hours to speak with a representative. last time I called they told me everything was taking care of that the clinic should receive the payment before October , is October 8 and nothing just told me they don’t any records or anything of my conversation really? I can’t wait to switch insurance and report this , I would call the state department if I have too 😡
Huge shout out to LA CARE! I am a case manager at a small clinic. I helped out with transportation through your health plan and it’s been amazing! All my patients are following up with their specialities and getting the medical care they need. Member preventatives are always willing to help. Keep up the great work!

The absolute worst insurance one could possibly get. Overburdened providers can’t see you for months. I shudder to think of what the care would be like if I had an actual emergency.
