Very very bed service, no one can know how to answer they just transferred phone here and there so bed service
I was suprised by the fast service and the advise given today on my visit 07/02/26. Was hesistant because of other reviews but they do help when its with LA Care system reach. Other wise yes you have to go thru Cover CA or whatever needs to reach at.
Folks seem either to love this place or hate it. For my part, I've had a broadly positive experience. That being said, the labyrinthine, convoluted, overbloated bureaucracy has made some tasks intensely annoying. To add injury to insult, the chronic inefficiency and acutely irritating accountability sinks have certainly added a persistent pygalgia to my already intense pre-existing chronic pain. FOR ME, L.A. CARE BARELY ANSWERS CUSTOMER PHONE CALLS, YET L.A. CARE IS EAGER TO GET ME INTO A DOCTOR'S OFFICE FOR A HEALTH EVALUATION AND A MAMMOGRAM. I DON'T WANT OR NEED ONE! UNLESS I GET SICK OR GET INTO A TERRIBLE CAR CRASH, I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE MY CLOTHES OFF IN A MEDICAL OFFICE, EXPOSE MY BODY AND BREASTS AND LET ANYONE TOUCH THEM! I HAVE TOLD L.A.
