I've been with L.A. CARE for about 10 years and never had issues with them at all. But now they're hiring some rude pathetic people working for their call center and especially their nurse advice line as well 🤡
Worst insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a breast pump which is a medical necessity for some women. Can’t wait to get my PPO insurance and never deal with them again.
