We were the only people there at 11:00 yet it took a very long time to get our orders in and even longer to get our food. At least 4 of our 9 orders were wrong. They did fix the ones we mentioned. The chicken was so dry it was like trying to chew cardboard and the steak want much better. It again took a long time to get boxes and our bill. Would not go back.

I have eaten here 3 times. The first 2 times I had decent service, and good food. I went there last night and was shocked at how horrible it was. Food was awful, and the service was one of the worst we have seen in a long time. A waiter for the table next to us was more attentive to refilling our drinks and getting us our bill then ours was. We will not go back. Such a shame.
Got carry out due to my husband's illness and he loved the food as did I. Definitely our new place to go its worth the drive from Tavares.

The food and service is very mediocre. But what would you expect from employees that are getting under paid. Waiters are given a salary of $50 a week. Bartenders are given a salary of $100 a week. Some employees may be paid more based on the amount of time they have worked with the owner, Horacio. These employees are being exploited. They are under appreciated and over worked. Best Mexican food I've eaten since leaving south Texas! The wait staff is awesome! This is my second time here, and the waiter remembered how I like my piña colada, and what salsa to bring! Service is awesome! I highly recommend La Cabana to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food with great service and excellent prices! The music is also awesome!
