I've been to this place many times. The food, including the bakery items, is good, but the service from the staff is the worst I've ever experienced on more than one occasion. Everything you ask for, they tell you it's not possible or they make up a lot of excuses, as if you weren't going to pay for it. In other cases, they say, "I don't know, you have to talk to the manager." When you say, "Okay, I will," they tell you to call back later because the manager is never there. Moldy pastry. I bought a cream puff to celebrate my partner’s birthday and the strawberries inside were old and had mold growing on them. The cream tasted bad/old also. I normally really like La Brioche but this was super gross and inexcusable. I went the next morning to talk to a manager and the staff at the front desk blocked me from talking to them and gave me a refund without apologizing or giving any sort of explanation.
