Outstanding experience from start to finish! We couldn’t be happier with our experience with La Bounty Plumbing & Heating. From working with Dieter on the sales side and deciding to go with an on-demand hot water system, to Sean and Ty doing an outstanding job with the installation, everything was first class. The installation looks fantastic, and it’s clear that everyone takes pride in their work. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and great to deal with throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and provided great advice right from the beginning. Excellent customer service during installation. Would definitely recommend.
LaBounty Plumbing came out to give us a second opinion on a very high quote we were given by another outfit in town. They saved us from a $26,000 (unnecessary) bill. They completed the job quickly, efficiently and with a smile. They are knowledgeable about product warranties, and ended up saving us at least $1800. Cody & Mike are awesome. Cody has fit me in a few times when we were having trouble with our boiler system. I would wholeheartedly recommend LaBounty to anyone!
Had persistent shower leak for several months. The young plumber assigned was prompt, courteous, and professional. A cartridge was needed, and the problem was resolved really quickly. (Had received a much higher price quote 2 days earlier from a different plumber. Was really impressed with the efficiency and honesty of La Bounty).
This is the second major reno project we have use Bluebird Plumbing. Tyler one both projects was very helpful with both installations, efficient, timely, cost conscious helping us meet project timelines and beautiful updated bathrooms. Thanks
