I went there for lunch and ordered the Tagliata di Manzo. This italian dish is a simple sliced steak that does not need many skills to master. Well, I was not that lucky. What came was a slab of meat that had no seasoning, no grilled marks and it was the wrong temperature: I ordered Medium and it came Well Done.I did not have time to send it back so I eat half and left. Maybe they can watch some youtube videos and learn how to cook it. Will not come back.
Had their prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich toasted/pressed. Was great, their cheese is delicious. Not greasy/plastic like so many places, just smooth and tasty, plus it was a thick cut not some thin paper slice. Don't know if they make it or just have a quality supplier but it was better than any I've bought in stores. Would definitely go back for more. Good for casual lunches or dinners. More formal place is the next door "il Grano" (owned by the same family)
