Dr. Heidi is the best! Great staff as well!
LOVE it here!!!!! We have always received excellent care. We have been seeing Dr. Heidi for more than 15 years and have recommended her and will continue to do so. She has treated both my kiddos, one from the time she was days old. I would never think to go anywhere else and it is a little drive to get there.
Front desk staff was amazing and very friendly! I saw Dr.Rick and he was amazing! I went in with a lot of pain and stiffness, was barely able to walk. After being stretched and having traction done I was able to walk and be pain free!
I went in last spring, around April, looking to get an appointment, not taken care of immediately, but just an appointment. I waited in the lobby for a bit because they seemed busy, then one of the people at the desk told me they were extremely busy, and I should check back in July, or so because they were going through a transition. Not, "I'm sorry, or are you in any pain, or what is your situation we'll refer you, or what's your number we'll call you soon." 10 months ago we were at our breaking point. Dealing with many issues with our son from constipation and anxiety. It was recommended to try the chiropractic methods and boy am I glad. It's a work in process but the improvement that my son has made in just 10 months will leave me forever grateful to Dr Jessica, Dr Heidi, and their amazing staff. Amazing, simply amazing! A must need for the ENTIRE family! Infants included! This is where I take my kids. My whole family goes here. My daughter had an ear infection every other month from 4 months to 2. ENT specialists couldn't/wouldn't do anything but put her on antibiotics until one day, the antibiotics didn't help... at 2 years old! She even had an eardrum rupture.
