While they do have a lovely selection of dresses I'm disappointed in their sales techniques. I was told that the dress I was purchasing was exclusive to their store which is why it needed to be ordered and would take several months to make. These were the exact words of the sale associate. After ordering it in a standard size and color ( no special order or alterations ) I found the dress in a window at a different store for $400 less than my "exclusive " dress. A friend of mine bought a dress from them last year. So when it's my time to be a bride I decided to go to believe even though I live in Seattle. The boutique was as charming as can be. I love the consultants. They were friendly and not knowledgeable. I ended up picking a dress that looked amazing. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Took my sister here for her wedding dress and she picked the 6th dress she tried on. service was excellent! Stacy was phenomenal. She had great knowledge and answered all of our questions. They had a great atmosphere. Awesome pricing! They have a great blend of traditional and unique dresses. They were seriously so wonderful! Fell in love with the dress, bought it and cancelled our appointments everywhere else.

I recently visited the new store over in Bellevue. They had moved from Seattle after serving brides for decades. While I found the store was a bit hard to find at the new location, I was indeed pleasantly surprised by the staff, selection, and interior. The light and mirrors are fabulous for selecting a dress. I'm really into the buttons and lace that is currently in vogue, and La Belle Elaine's didn't skip a beat. They had all of the latest styles for me to try. I only had 4 months to plan my wedding and everyone kept telling me that I needed to go dress shopping ASAP!! After asking around, everyone kept telling me to call La Belle Elaine's Bridal as that's where anyone who is anyone goes wedding dress shopping! I gave them a call and the woman who answered the phone was so friendly and courteous! She answered all of my questions and made sure I was prepared for my appointment!
