Pool closed in the summer is very silly.
Everything about this place is excellent! The management acts fast when there is a maintenance request, the amenities are terrific, parking is cake and my particular apartment is stunning. I'm very happy here, as are the other residents that I have spoken with; also, David and Karen couldn't be any more helpful and nice. Maintenance requests are handled fast. Fabulous place, I'm sure I'll be here for a long time to come!
Ever since this building was sold to a new management company in December 2024, La Belle has lost its luster. Abandoned cars in the lot, no more security guard, no office hours on Sundays to pick up packages, and now they’ve closed the pool and spa for the rest of the summer for work that they should do in the winter. The regional manager refuses to answer questions or reply to emails. Shameful and unprofessional behavior all around.
