UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE QUALITY, NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HER WORK!!! I went in for some waxing and a spray tan. No pre prep information was provided before the spray service. I called and spoke with the owner after a text specifically expressing that I'd never done this. In addition, I asked when I should time waxing around the spray tan. She misadvised me regarding the wax timing and never provided the entire list of necessary spray pre prep. The lack of this information lead to beyond horrible results!
