Love the makeup BUT actually getting shipments to arrive on time...good luck. Even more, good luck finding someone who can respond to request for help. I previously bought your product at a local salon, but they discontinued carrying La Bella Donna bc (their words) shipments were inconsistent and service was spotty at best. Now I’m shopping direct to consumer and experience what they did as a wholesale customer. Get it together, y’all.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a blush I have used and it smelled so bad I will not use it. They offered to send me an ice pack to return it so they could smell it and let me know their decision. They would not replace it. I told them to keep the ice pack and I would throw it in the garbage where it belongs. Also told them they list a customer. Unfortunate because I liked the products.
I've been using this makeup for 10 years now. Won't use anything else!! Favs- mineral powder foundation, eggplant and caviar eye shadow.
The best minerals on the planet! Especially here in Hawaii. Sun protection, color choice, ease of use, La Bella Donna covers it all. My Brides and Clients on Kauai love it too! Water resistant while maintaining moisture levels is just what we need here on Kauai. I don't leave home without my minerals...
