This office has poor communication skills. You literally have to call them everyday to get a prescription filled. They lack professionalism and accountability to be a mental health clinic. I was told it was vital that my child do not miss any dose of their medication, but yet it’s hassle to get them to fill it. I understand that certain medications have regulations but at least communicate with me!! They just consistently mishandle important matters, because this is not a one-time occurrence. I am having a terrible time getting my son’s medication from this provider. He has taken the same medication for the past 5 years with no problem until I switched to this place. We only switched because the last provider stopped doing medication management and counseling. I’ve had to call Medicaid and the pharmacy repeatedly to resolve my son’s prescription dosage and quantity amount and even though Medicaid records all the conversations- the provider denied them ever happening. Just trust all the one star reviews. If you care about your mental health, stay away from this place. It was always a pain to get my medication refilled. I had to borderline harass them. I want to say I was with them for six months, and every month was an ordeal. She would not see me in the office, only over the phone, and she rarely looked at me.
