I agree with Bonnie Jones, and I hope everyone who needs to see this does . I had a very disappointing experience with this provider although I can't say I'm surprised . Communication was poor throughout the entire process and the provider lacks professionalism, and respect for the families that they serve and their time . After initially telling me that my daughter could be seen sooner, the provider abruptly switched the appointment to virtual due to concerns about my child's behavior.
