Had the most amazing, incredible experience today.. It was a gift to me and it WAS a gift. From the moment we entered until the time we left, the staff was nothing but friendly and professional. Linda did a great job on my nails.. I don't have enough nice things to say about Alana. Definitely making another appointment.
I'm only giving one star in order to write a review. I am very disappointed with the way the company (corporate) handles issues. They are very rude and totally unprofessional. At the store they overcharged me and the associate at the store even realized it and said it was a mistake. However; when the associate contacted corporate, corporate started emailing me and I them.
