It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this chiropractor offer lifestyle and nutritional advice to further your recovery? Absolutely! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite

Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their prices are pretty high, but probably not more than at other places. I used to get terrible migraine headaches, but not since I've been going to Dr. Matt. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
