LA Auto Star is wonderful. I worked with Mike about a vehicle I was interested in and he was super accommodating. He scheduled video calls and answered my seemingly endless questions about the vehicle. They were never pushy and always exercised patience with me. Great dealership. Flew in from Kentucky to buy a 20+ year old BMW. Team at LA sent me lots of pictures and video before I flew out. Mike even took the time to learn how to do a dash light test for me, and send video, at my request. Mike picked me up from the airport which was much appreciated. Easily had the best experience with LA Auto in buying a vehicle from a used auto dealership! I bought a truck from them while I was overseas in Japan and the process was super simple and very streamlined. There were absolutely no hidden surprises with the truck when I finally got back home everything was discussed to me over the phone on a video call. They delivered it right to my doorstep in NC super cheap. Have nothing negative to say about LA Auto. Definitely recommend seeking them for your next vehicle!
