Give Shelbi her money back! 45 minutes after purchasing a car from you guys the head gasket is blown! You are wrong for the way you are halting business. You’re not trying to get people into working vehicles, you only want to take their money and trick them into buying cars that don’t even work. I’ll be contacting the dealers board along with tons of others who have had similar situations as Shelbi. Shut down LA auto.
LA auto sold my friend a car and it broke down no less than 24 hours later! They refuse to refund her and she paid cash for the car. They knew something was wrong with the car and still sold it to her. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

they sold the homie a car knowing the head gaskets were busted... she bought it straight cash... less than 24 hours later the vehicle broke down and they are willing to do nothing about it. DO NOT PURCHASES HERE!
Just bought a 2004 Ford Escape the sales person told me the rattling was the flap but it's the shock completely rusted off. Now the car is sitting in my driveway won't start. Had the car 48 hours. Don't buy from them.
