They really should have 10 stars. Devon and the team looked after me and my interests first and foremost. Even before the potential sale. When I did purchase, delivery answer set up were detailed and perfect with no questions left unanswered. There was zero pressure to make a decision or up saling. Just the perfect tub for all the right reasons. I would recommend them 1000%. Putting people first is paramount and they do it in spades. Devon and his team are like family now.

I recently moved homes and needed my hot tub relocated—no easy task. Devin and the team were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They handled everything efficiently and professionally, including coordinating with a crane operator for the delivery at the new location. Their communication was clear, their timing was spot-on, and they went above and beyond to make sure the move was smooth and stress-free. Paying for the professionals was well worth it. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend.
After moving into my new place, Devin and his team came by to get my hot tub up and running, they were fantastic. Not only did they make sure everything was running properly, but they also took the time to walk me through how to use and maintain the tub. They were professional, knowledgeable. Highly recommend them if you want top-notch service.
Well, the hot tub was moved…it wasn’t the orientation I wanted it to be and had asked for before unloading, nor is it level, but it was moved from one location to another; which is technically what I paid for, I guess. I’ve also learned my lesson to pay for the job, not by the hour, because that was an expensive and unsatisfying move. I wouldn’t have cared if it took longer if I felt like taking their time meant precision and quality were assured (it was not).
